Call to Action and Announcement

November 2nd of 2019, Army Retired Master Sergeant Jon Weldon lost his life in a motorcycle crash. Jon was a teammate of ours and a supporter of Armed Forces Racing and will always be remembered and loved by us. Jon’s wife donated his 1970 Torino drag car project to us and asked us to build it and honor Jon and we were honored to do so!

Let me introduce to you Project The Last Mission! It is our mission to build this car to honor our great friend and hero and to compete in the top bulb classes of bracket racing. It will be the goal of the car to run in the 5 second range as Jon loved horsepower and going fast! We will be sharing the build once we get started.

First thing up is Chris Cline of Chris Cline Race Car Technology has volunteered to help put a new safer roll cage in the car.

The rendering was donated and designed by Matt Ebaugh of Graphics by TMK and he knocked it out of the park!

*CALL TO ACTION*

Please leave a comment thanking Chris and Matt for helping support and honor such a great man! Let’s show them that same awesome love you guys always show to our great supporters!
